West Pointe Commons has been a great place to live! Management is super nice and great to work with. Maintenance is great; requests are completed in a timely manner and I appreciate the phone call to make sure someone is home and if not if it's okay to enter. The townhomes and nice and updated. We've had no issues hearing neighbors through the walls, in fact sometimes I forget that the walls are shared. I've always seen the clubhouse/pool/gym tidy and clean. We love that it's a very pet friendly place with the dog park and extra grassy areas with dog bag stations. The only downside is that the streets are narrow and the driveways are small, which can make it challenging for guests to find a place to park.

Absolutely love living here! We moved from Denver, the leasing staff have been so kind and helpful with the transition telling us what to do and see in Sioux Falls. Cameron, the maintenance man, is always very quick and helpful. Cannot wait to stay here another year!

Amazing management, beautiful place to live

Nice places for someone starting out on their own, the roads are a little small, so navigating though them is a bit tricky.
